- Make a payment by phone at 702-823-2667 or toll-free at 855-606-2667 and one of our CO-OP Care Crew Members can assist you further.
- Mail in your payment with the bill stub to:

- Make a payment through your bank’s online bill pay. If you need any help setting up your bill pay, please contact your bank.
